My Background
After completing the 2200 hour Registered Massage Therapy program (Hon) at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy, I had the pleasure of working in both a spa and clinical settings over the years. I enjoyed the exposure to a wide variety of clients with many different dysfunctions.
The opportunity arose for me to continue my clinical education and therapy skills with Manual Osteopathic Therapy program. It has since became a strong passion of mine to be able to work with and heal the body as a whole.

My Approach
Living an active lifestyle, I have often had to deal with injuries of my own. Always adamant that I would not accept pain and stiffness as the norm for my body. Instead, I became curious about the body and what it needs heal. I wanted to ensure my future by taking ownership of my well being and health.
This is the same approach that I take with all of my clients. With the same curiosity, I will assess the whole body. We will discuss not only the root issues, but a practical treatment plan. Working at getting you back to feeling your best. So you can get back to performing your best.
